Terms of Use

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and FREEOCLOCK LIMITED, Hong Kong, the operator of EVOLVE37. By creating an account or using EVOLVE37, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Third-party sign-in is also subject to that provider's terms.

3. The learning service

EVOLVE37 provides personalized learning courses, short lessons, reflections, progress tools, and optional audio features. Features may change as the service develops. We may correct, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any active paid subscription commitments.

4. AI content and educational limits

Some content is generated using AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Verify important information before relying on it. EVOLVE37 is for general education and personal development and is not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee a particular learning outcome.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of original information and material you submit. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and adapt that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and provide the features you request. Submit only material you have permission to use and avoid unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or others.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use EVOLVE37 to violate law or others' rights; facilitate violence, abuse, exploitation, fraud, or malware; bypass access or safety controls; disrupt the service; scrape or reverse engineer it except where law permits; or upload unlawful or infringing material. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

7. Free and Premium plans

Current features, prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store or provider that billed you. Cancellation normally stops renewal while access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under the billing provider's rules and rights required by law. Deleting an EVOLVE37 account does not cancel a separately managed subscription.

8. Intellectual property

EVOLVE37, its branding, software, interface, and service content other than your original submissions are owned by us or our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for lawful personal learning while these terms apply.

9. Account ending and deletion

You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion as described on our Account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or when required by law. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVOLVE37 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every need. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FREEOCLOCK LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections and rights available where you live, including in the United States or Canada, are not limited by this section.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. Contact support@evolve37.app with questions.
